Do I need a prescription to buy contact lenses?
Yes. In Australia, contact lenses need a valid prescription from your optometrist.
Is a glasses prescription the same as a contact lens prescription?
No. Contact lens prescriptions include extra measurements, such as base curve and diameter.
What if my prescription has expired?
Book an eye test with your optometrist to get an updated prescription before ordering.
Choosing Your Lenses
What's the difference between daily, fortnightly and monthly lenses?
Dailies are worn once and thrown away. Fortnightly and monthly lenses are cleaned each night and replaced on schedule.
Can I switch to a different brand?
Talk to your optometrist first. Every brand fits slightly differently.

How long will my order take?

Lens Care
How should I clean my lenses?
Use a fresh multipurpose solution every time, and never use tap water.
How long can I wear my lenses each day?
Follow your optometrist's advice. Remove your lenses before sleeping unless they're approved for overnight wear.
What if my eyes feel irritated?
Remove your lenses straight away. If the discomfort continues, see your optometrist.
Returns
Can I return contact lenses?
Yes, if the boxes are unopened and sealed and you return them within [30] days. Opened lenses can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
What if I ordered the wrong prescription?
Contact us before opening the box and we'll help you exchange it.
