Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use lensdirectau.com.au or buy from LensDirectAu. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Prescriptions. Contact lenses are medical devices. By ordering, you confirm that you have a current, valid prescription from an optometrist or ophthalmologist and that the lenses you order match it. We may ask for a copy of your prescription or contact your eye care provider before sending your order. Please have regular eye exams, and stop wearing your lenses and see a professional if you notice discomfort, redness, or changes in your vision.

2. Pricing & Payment. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but you'll always pay the price shown when you placed your order. Payment is taken when you order.

3. Orders. Your order is confirmed once we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, we can't verify your prescription, or there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we'll give you a full refund.

4. Product Information. We try to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Packaging may sometimes differ from what's shown.

5. Your Consumer Rights. Our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss caused by lenses worn against professional advice or outside their recommended wearing schedule.

7. Privacy. We handle your personal and health information according to our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
